The impressive new building of the Children's Hospital Zurich, designed by Herzog & de Meuron, sets new standards in architecture and healthcare. HIRAM Habitat supplied 300 m³ of facade elements made from rift-sawn Douglas fir for the building's striking exterior.

In this cozy home, the bright HIRAM Habitat Douglas fir floorboards span two levels, creating a healthy, natural atmosphere for the whole family. The levels are connected by a staircase with steps made from the same wood.
