Interior Butler's design showcases the versatile creative possibilities of the OCEAN wall panels for restaurants, bars, and hotels. The planed texture of the OCEAN panels serves as a visual highlight while seamlessly blending with other materials to form a modern and sophisticated overall concept. Interior designer Lena Kenzler successfully integrated the surface harmoniously into different areas of the restaurant with her designs.
"When I first held the Ocean panel, I instantly knew it would be perfect for a setting that’s both impeccable and relaxed. A feature with such natural character needs a gentle touch and subtle support to truly shine with light and color interplay. Its versatility is one of its standout qualities. Not only does it work beautifully for wall design, but it can also be seamlessly integrated into furniture and counter construction. It creates a space full of serene energy, warmth, and calm. It almost has a meditative effect on the senses and fosters a natural, timeless atmosphere."
- Lena Kenzler, Interior Butler
As a half-height wall covering, the panel is paired with a mirrored surface. A subtle black strip provides a clean transition between the materials. The indirect lighting creates a fascinating interplay of light and shadow on the planed surface, offering guests at their tables a visual delight. The texture invites touch, adding a tactile sensory experience. The warm tone of the naturally oiled wood panels fosters a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to linger. When combined with minimalist furniture and design classics like the Wishbone Chair, the result is a modern and elegant ambiance.
The OCEAN wall panel is ideal for accent walls or larger areas when applied across the entire surface. Its planed texture creates a calm, understated effect even over large expanses. The natural character of the wood provides a striking contrast to the exposed concrete flooring and black design elements, such as furniture, stairs, moldings, and stone slabs.
"Interior Butler has managed to showcase the panels without being overbearing. With a deep understanding of the natural material, Lena attended to every surface, creating exactly the atmosphere we envisioned."
- Bernhard von Saucken, CEO HIRAM Habitat
In the bar area, the panel is perfect for cladding counters and walls. Not only does it serve as a visual highlight, but its functionality also makes it highly versatile. The durable oak is extremely resilient, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic areas.
